The UTas scam and misleading claims continue in Hobart, as well as Launceston. UTas 2018 Condition Report for the Sandy Bay Campus, echoes the 2014-2015 Maintenance Report for the Newnham Campus, in that the condition of the Campus buildings of BOTH campuses are in a much better condition than UTas Management claims. The buildings are actually still 'fit for purpose', despite UTas misrepresentation.

Evaluative Review of the University of Tasmania Inveresk Relocation Project by Chris Penna

The two volumes of the BMT Flood Modelling reports Nov 2018, commissioned by Launceston City Council, and released by the Council on 22 January 2019.  These reports include the latest flood data from the 2016 floods, and mportantly climate change and sea level rise date and modelling
Volume 1 is the Technical Report (87 pages), and Volume 2 contains all the mapping modelling, and maps showing river/flood levels, river flow velocities, flood projections etc (118 pages).
